On the 4th one of the moms in our neighborhood puts together lots of fun little activities for everybody in the neighborhood. They had face painting and games and a waterballoon toss. We also had a parade around the block. So we decorated Kasey's bike and the stroller for Quincy. When they started the parade Kasey took off like a bolt of lightning. Me and Scott both thought oh she is really excited for this. So, Scott tells me he is going to run ahead and get her on film just pedaling a million miles an hour on her little bike. So he runs ahead and starts filming and as she is getting closer he notices that she is just balling. She thought it was a race and was determined to win and was so upset that she wasn't in first place. We tried to explain to her that it is a parade that you are supposed to just enjoy and see everyone elses decorations, but there was no convincing her otherwise. She is one competitive little girl. Later we did fireworks and had a barbeque. Kasey and Quincy both loved the fireworks.
